Send it to [email protected]
One request per email where you can. Bundling six unrelated changes into one thread makes it harder to track what is done and what is outstanding.
How to brief a change well
Tell us:
- Where: the exact page URL and where on the page.
- What: the change itself. For text changes, paste the final wording you want rather than describing it. Copy typed by you is copy you have approved.
- Why or by when: if it is tied to a promotion, an event or a print deadline, tell us the date.
- Assets: attach images, logos or PDFs at the highest quality you have. Images pulled from Facebook or a Word document are usually too low resolution to use.
A good example
Page: /services/outdoor-blinds
Change: Replace the second paragraph with the text below, and swap the hero image for the attached JPG.
Needed by: Friday, as it is going in our newsletter.
What to expect
- We confirm we have it and flag if it is covered by your plan or needs a quote.
- Simple changes are usually turned around within a couple of business days.
- Larger changes get an estimate first, and we do not start until you approve it.
- We tell you when it is live so you can check it.
Before you approve
Have a look on both a desktop and a phone, and refresh the page properly if it still looks old. See the caching article for how to force a refresh.
