Steps to change your password

1. Reset The Password

If you know your password

1. Visit http://portal.office.com
2. Log in using your full email address and password.
3. If prompted to choose an account type, choose a “Work” account.
4. After you’ve logged in, click on the cog icon in the top right corner, then click on Password.
5. Follow the steps to set your new password.

If you don’t know your password
You may be able to reset your password here: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com. If that doesn’t work, submit a support request and we’ll send you a new password.

Once you have a new password, you can simply use that, or follow the steps above to create your own.

2. Update Your Devices

Give it about 5-10 minutes, then on each device you’re using, you’ll need to enter the new password. For example, if you’re using Outlook for email, you will probably have a connection error or password prompt appear, and you can enter the new password.
